Featured Offering

A proven telehealth software
platform — available to license

For telehealth platforms at the launch or growth stage, licensing a battle-tested platform is a fundamentally different economic equation than building from scratch. I can walk you through the platform, customization options, and fit — in 15 minutes.

What's included in the platform

A full telehealth EHR built for scale, compliance, and deep pharmacy integration — the kind of system that takes years and serious capital to build correctly.

  • Patient intake & async consults
  • ePrescribing & EPCS compliance
  • Pharmacy network integrations
  • Provider network tooling
  • Fulfillment tracking & escalation
  • Billing & operational reporting
  • Scalable API layer
  • White-label ready

Build vs. License

Build it 12–24 months, $500K–$2M+, unknown edge cases, and a team that's never seen your compliance edge cases before
License it Weeks to launch, proven in production, ongoing expert support from the person who helped build it

AI for Pharmacies

Tools that weren't
affordable before — now are

AI has fundamentally changed the cost curve for custom software. What used to require a team of engineers can now be built in weeks. We identify the highest-leverage opportunities for your pharmacy and implement them — not as demos, but as shipped software in production.

01

Intelligent Rx Intake

AI-assisted intake that reads, validates, and routes incoming prescriptions — flagging exceptions for human review instead of slowing everything down.

02

Prior Auth Automation

Automate the tedious back-and-forth of prior authorization. AI drafts submissions, tracks status, and escalates based on rules you define.

03

Patient Communication

Automated outreach for refill reminders, shipping updates, and status notifications — personalized, compliant, and scalable without adding headcount.

04

Compound Formula Tooling

Smart documentation, version control, and distribution of compounding formulas across your team — with AI-assisted quality checks at the documentation layer.

05

Telehealth API Connectors

Custom connectors that make your pharmacy visible and accessible to telehealth platforms — with reliable data exchange flowing both ways.

06

Analytics & Reporting

Know what's moving, what's stalling, and where you're losing margin. Dashboards and alerts built around how you actually operate.

"Most prescription pipeline problems aren't technical problems — they're integration problems caused by people who didn't build what they're connecting."

RxPipelines exists because telehealth infrastructure is genuinely hard, and most teams are making it harder by stitching together systems that were never designed to talk to each other. I've spent over a decade building the real thing — and I started this practice to help pharmacies and telehealth platforms get the infrastructure right without paying for the same mistakes I've already seen.

The pharmacy partnerships I'm building across North Carolina are about more than deal flow. They're about creating a network where compounding expertise meets modern software — so patients get their medications faster, and pharmacies grow their telehealth volume without adding operational chaos.

The AI work I do gives pharmacies tools that genuinely move the needle. Not demos, not proofs of concept, but shipped software in production — because that's the only kind that counts.
